Prices:
Prices in the site are in Euro with VAT included for customers from EU. Customers outside the EU must deduct 20% Bulgarian VAT. If you represent an EU company that is VAT registered in your country please provide us your VAT number and we will ship without 20% Bulgarian VAT. Shipping is responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:
The customer is responsible for shipping expenses. The customer chooses shipping method. We usually ship via DPD, EMS or ordinary air/ground parcel post. For bigger packages we use the services of professional forwarders. Items in stock ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation. You can request a shipping quote by e-mail.

Availability and delivery time:
Some of the items listed on the website may not be in stock. You can check availability with us via e-mail or phone. We require 20% deposit to confirm orders for items that are not in stock. The bigger scopes (8" and up) are not usually stock items and we typically ask for a 50% deposit. Delivery of items that are not in stock takes between 2 weeks and 4 months.

Warranty:
All products feature one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship unless longer warranty period is stated. Defective products are subject to replacement or repair, at the seller's option. If replacement/repair cannot be done in reasonable time purchases are subject to refunds. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Returns:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase. If you wish to return goods please contact us to arrange the details. The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and any applicable taxes. Only items in mint condition, inclusive of any aditional accessories (if there are) and packed in the original boxes will be accepted. Returning items that do not meet these criteria can be made only upon additional agreement. Products returned after 15 days following delivery are subject to 20% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days following delivery are not accepted.

Misc:
We are willing to make changes in the terms of a particular sale in order to make them more favorable for the customer. If you have such counter-offers in mind we would be glad to hear them.
